BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to offer our clients a flexible approach to booking a service, a payment card is asked for at the time of booking, no payment will be taken until the treatment is carried out. If you fail to show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice a 10% charge of the overall bill will be charged to the payment card used to book the appointment.

Clients are advised to arrive on time for their appointment so that the necessary forms can be completed. Late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time or cancellation of the appointment. We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time, however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.

TREATMENT EXPECTATIONS

At Aphrodite Body Sculpting we use what are considered best practice and up-to-date techniques to ensure that all clients have the best possible outcome but due to the nature of the non-surgical and non-invasive treatments that we offer, there can be no guarantees as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. Results will vary from person to person. Factors such as lifestyle, medical history and age can affect results and the longevity of results. As with all aesthetic procedures, there can be a whole spectrum of results so clients should note that the final outcome, their expectations, and the predicted realistic outcome may be different.

 The results shown on this website are from clients and are typical, however the results are not guaranteed.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY   

Prior to any treatment all clients will undergo a consultation to assess whether the treatment is suitable for them, if not, we will inform the client as to the reasons why. If we do not believe that a particular treatment is in the client’s best interests, we reserve the right to refuse to treat them.

 If you are taking any medication or have any medical conditions you must consult your own doctor to confirm your suitability for any treatments booked in with us. You must be over the age of 18 to have aesthetic treatments performed in our clinic.

CONSENT   

Clients are required to give written consent to a treatment. They may withdraw that consent at any point or terminate their treatment verbally.

CUSTOMER SERVICE   

At Aphrodite Body Sculpting we aim to exceed all our client’s expectations and provide them a first-class service and an enjoyable experience. However, we recognise that sometimes things go wrong and if at any point a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of their treatment, we ask that they notify us immediately and within 48 hours of their appointment, either by telephone or by e-mail so that we can listen carefully to any concerns and do our utmost to provide a suitable solution. Any adverse reaction to a treatment must also be reported to us by telephone or email within 48 hours of the appointment. We are committed to ensuring that any complaints or concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

LIABILITY    

Aphrodite Body Sculpting will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that you provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Aphrodite Body Sculpting will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Aphrodite Body Sculpting regarding the care of a treated area.

PRICING   

The prices listed are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation.

OBLIGATIONS   

By accessing and using our website you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website. It is forbidden to make any alterations to this website or infringe the operation of the site. If you infringe these obligations, you will be liable for any loss or damage that this may cause to Aphrodite Body Sculpting.
